1. Who we are

SEOLinker is a link building marketplace operated by Unicorn Media, based in Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce no. 67073255. Advertisers buy articles and homepage links there on sites in our own network and from publishers.

These terms apply to everyone with an account. Publishers are also bound by the publisher terms (with self-billing), which you accept in your account.

2. Business use only

You use SEOLinker as a business or self-employed professional. Within the EU (outside the Netherlands) we apply the reverse charge if your VAT number is valid in VIES; otherwise we charge Dutch VAT. All prices exclude VAT.

3. Ordering and payment

Your order is a purchase from SEOLinker. You pay via Mollie (including iDEAL and credit card) or from your balance and receive the invoice from us. We only pay the publisher once the placement has been checked.

Topped-up balance does not expire and is not refunded unless we agree otherwise.

4. Placement, checks and money back

The publisher accepts or declines your order within the period shown. We automatically check whether your link has been placed as ordered. If it is not placed (correctly), you get your money back.

We monitor placed links for 24 months (homepage links for the entire term purchased). If a link disappears during that period, we first seek to have it restored; otherwise you receive a pro rata refund.

5. Content

You are responsible for the text and links you supply. We and the publisher may refuse content that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others or violates the site's rules.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits or loss of search engine rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
