1. What data

For your account: name, email address, company name, address and VAT number. For publishers also the data needed for credit notes and payouts, such as company registration number and bank account (stored encrypted).

For payments, Mollie processes the transaction data. We check VAT numbers with the European Commission's VIES.

2. What for

To carry out orders, check placements, create invoices and credit notes, make payouts and email you about your orders. You choose which other emails you receive in your profile.

To check placements and sites, we retrieve public web pages. If you connect a WordPress site or AI assistant, we use that connection only for what you turn on yourself; you can always revoke it.

3. Retention and security

We keep accounting data as long as the law requires (7 years). We store passwords and secrets only encrypted or hashed. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss and misuse.

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies and a session cookie for logging in; these do not require consent. Only with your consent do we measure site usage with Google Analytics. We store your choice for 180 days.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data (unless we are legally required to keep it) and object to processing. Email info@seolinker.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
